Our Chalet is ideally situated just a stone’s throw away from downtown Clayton in Rabun County, Georgia, boasting award-winning farm-to-table dining, boutique shopping and plenty of local attractions to explore. One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
Zero percent (0.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made in less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
We highly recommend that our guests purchase separate travel insurance that includes ‘cancel for any reason’ benefits for maximum flexibility. You will be given this option to purchase at the time of booking.
Yes! We allow up to 2 well-behaved, vaccinated, potty trained dogs with prior approval. We prefer dogs that are not heavy shedders please as this is very difficult to clean in time for the next guests. Please be responsible and clean up after your pet and keep up with the dog hair as much as possible. We do not allow dogs to remain in the home unattended unless crated and all dogs must be leashed when outside. We do provide sheets for your use in case you would like to cover furniture to make keeping the home clean with a pet easier for you.
No cats or any other type of pet other than dogs are allowed.
**Proof of rabies vaccination and flea control must be provided prior to your visit and $100 fee per pet per stay will be added to your reservation.
